In addition to our signature Kurobuta pork shabu-shabu, the course includes 8 dishes in total, starting with appetizers made with plenty of fresh seasonal ingredients, followed by our famous shabu-shabu, soba noodles to finish, and dessert.

Steamed dish: Lotus root dumpling

Main dish: Black pork shabu-shabu (pork belly and loin) served in soba noodle broth.
